The room was well-equipped and the bed was comfotable. There was plenty of parking space.Food in the restaurant was good.
The hotel is not well signposted. The actual turning to the hotel is not really signposted at all, just the restaurant with the word Kyriad in small letters in one corner.

Nice . clean, modern rooms (small but well designed) , no p[roblem with parking, Landsacped area . good free WiFi (good connection too) . Location is good for St. Emilion only if you have a car / transport. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Having to pay extra for what is a very simple breakfast at a high rate is rather annoying - but it seems to be teh trenmd now with onl;ine vbookingd. Frankly weshgould return tonteh days where breaksfat is included with such bookings, or at least clearly apckaged in beforehand as achyoiace.

Good, comfortable hotel. Food is good. We use this hotel for an overnight stop when driving back from Spain. Staff are freindly and the location is quiet. The bathrooms were very clean but I had to chuckle at the cobwebs on the ceiling... the cleaners need to look up as well!

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated on the edge of town, it was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within walking distance to the center of Libourne. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and were always happy to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were basic but comfortable. The beds were cozy, the bathrooms were clean, and there were even tea and coffee making facilities in the room. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that could be improved.

The proximity to several places of interest. apart from breakfast the food was very good. The courtesy of the manager. Free parking and good location.
The unfriendliness of the staff until the manager's arrival on duty a few days after our arrival. The lack of airconditioning meant my husband received mosquito bites.

This hotel was an excellent value. We wanted to visit the Bordeaux region without staying in a big city. You do need a car if you stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Libourne. the location is perfect - nestled in a quiet, residential area just over the river from the town center. It's a peaceful spot, surrounded by beautiful vineyards, yet still conveniently close to everything. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They made sure I had everything I needed and were able to assist me in English, which was a big plus. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I required. The spacious bathroom was a pleasant surprise, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was impressed with the value for money at this hotel.
No complaints, everything was just fine.
